Cork is the bark of the cork oak tree, which means that it is 100% natural plant tissue. Cork is so perfect that no industrial or technological processes have yet been able to replicate. This raw material is very light, fire retardant, hypoallergenic, elastic and compressible, impermeable to liquids and gases, flexible, highly abrasion resistant, and offers thermal and acoustic insulation.
